Dear Lord God Almighty, I am obese and I am super tired of the weight. Help me to eat very healthy and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Help me to exercise. When it is hot I get sad because I get afraid of the heat. I know what dehydration feels like. Lord please lend a helping hand. People call me names such as fat ass, whale, etc.. I don't need this. You can help me Lord. Do it. Sacred Heart of Jesus help me. In Jesus. Amen.
