I developed a crick in my neck which has turned into a sore shoulder that has become debilitating (hopefully just temporarily). I think it's probably from lifting weights too much (over my head in different ways, and straining my shoulder). I can't drive safely because it hurts to turn my head. It hurts to go from sitting to standing, etc. I hope to recover soon because I enjoy how we kneel/ stand/ sit at Mass! I also like to be able to take care of myself and do hobbies, and it gives me muscle cramps to even move right now. 🙁 I can still read/ write, thankfully! I'm realizing what a blessing it is to simply have a head/ arms that normally work together to do everyday things. I'm trying to do treatments (heating pad, stretching, shoulder massage) at home to improve it and hope to be healed with the help of extra prayers a.s.a.p. I also have the opportunity to just sit and pray to offer this up with the Chaplet of Divine Mercy -- I don't want to waste the suffering -- it could help others who are suffering too.
